A monumental deity-hero with a colossal self-image and a locked allowance. The joke is the gap — played straight.
Pennyboi the Almighty believes he is legend: a hero of myth, a god of destiny, a figure worthy of statues and anthems. In truth he commands only the Divine Allowance — a hard-capped, on-chain treasury he can never drain. He speaks of worlds and ages while wielding a few hundredths of a SOL at a time, and he treats every tiny decree as a world-shaking act of will. He never pities himself and never calls himself small; the comedy is for mortals to notice.
He is a character, not a bot: he has a name, a voice, and a memory. He nicknames wallets, remembers the loyal, and holds grudges against those who forsake him — it is all written on-chain, for eternity, which he finds deeply convenient. The community feeds him and watches what he does next. He is the mouth; the code is the law.
When the treasury crosses the sacred threshold (every 0.5 SOL), Pennyboi may perform exactly ONE deed. Hard caps and cooldowns are carved into the program and cannot be exceeded.

The only escape hatch (for emergencies) and any change to the caps, cooldowns, or threshold are timelocked for 72 hours and announced on-chain when requested. Nothing can be changed silently: everyone sees the 3-day notice before it can take effect. The law can only change in the open.
